At the Ogrebane Arena in Kaladim is where "The Klaw" appears for this quest.
I didnt find much info on this ring event, so... from what I can tell:
- When it's ready, there will be a Ringmaster (non-attackable) up top, overlooking the arena, and some fighting bugbears and kobolds in the pit (also non-attackable).
- Around the edge are some wandering gnolls and spectators. Kill the spectators to begin the event.
- Once you've killed the spectators, the fighters in the pit become attackable - So... kill them :)
(You can kill the wandering gnolls too, but it didnt seem to matter - I cleared the entire event without touching them once).
- Once the 2 groups in the pit are dealt with... a more difficult named will spawn. I did the event 4 times, and 3 of those times produced a goblin called "The Master Miner". The 4th time, however, spawned "The Klaw".
- Once you kill The Klaw or the Master Miner, the Ringmaster will come down and attack you. Kill him to complete the event.

After completing the quest A Couple Ringlets Missing, kill Kragbaks in Keg Hold until you receive a Kragbak ringlet. Examining the ringlet will begin the quest.
Find the strongbox at -166 , 68 , -268 , up on ledge across bridge in Kegs Hold area. Then find the missing ringlets to open it:
- I will find the first ringlet on a channel lord.
- This is a Kragbak channel lord, who is up during the first round of the kobold cliff ring event, with many friends, around -158,67,-265
- I will find the second ringlet on a legendary Kragbak fighter.
- This is The Klaw who spawns during the Arena ring event.
- I will find the third ringlet on a battler
- We suspect that any Kragbak battler should update this step.
- I will find the fourth ringlet on the master of the Deadwatch.
- This is Reverend Rutzkill (36^^^), who spawns during the third wave of the kobold cliff ring event, with many friends in tow, around -155,45,-251
- Once you have all four updates, open the box at -165,67,-267 . This will complete the quest.
Kobold Cliffs Ring Event
When fighting the Kragbak on the cliffs, you will trigger a ring event that will fully cycle through if you clear all five prime locations. When you have fully cleared a wave, you will see a message of You have successfully cleared all the cliff defenders.
Locations for the event are at:
- Ground: -160,45,-250
- Mid cliff: -168,56,-235
- Top cliff: -158,67,-265
- West cliff: -114,57,-213
The waves of the event go as follows:
- First round: Kragbak shaman, battlers, guardians, howlers and the channel lord
- Second round: ancestral spirits, Kragbak chanters, spirit howlers and soldiers
- Third round: escaped spirits, Deadwatch puritans, Deadwatch exorcists and Reverend Rutzkill
- During the third round, the Deadwatch mobs are located in different places than the normal cliff event mobs. Locations are:
- -148,45,-248
- -166,45,-222
- -126,45,-200
- -149,67,-280
