The Handcrafted Music Box  

This quest is initiated by examining The Handcrafted Music Box given to you after you complete Kedar the Curator's The Master's Museum quest in the Shimmering Citadel. You must find the four missing scarabs:

• Amber Scarab:
• Near -45, 81, 57 Copy
• or in a fountain at 137, 142, -19 Copy ,
• or in Kedar the Curator's tower at -279.55, 146.59, -51.36 Copy ,
• or in the Undead Naga area at 118.93, 91.56, -114.68 Copy
• or on a chain at -27, 79, 14 Copy in the Shimmering Citadel.
• Azure Scarab:
• inside the Mad Poets room or the adjacent scarab ring event room on the third floor. It is just inside the doorway on the left ledge. Seen at:
• 73.69, 288.75, -112.66 Copy
• -2.7, 227, -87.2 Copy
• -56, 227, 6 Copy
• -79.43,227.31,6.82 Copy .
• Fire Opal Scarab:
• On the fourth floor of the Poet's Palace in the Djinn Master's pet room. In the garden on the fourth floor of the Poet's Palace:
• -95, 298, -10 Copy
• 2, 306, -75 Copy
• fourth floor -107, 295, -46 Copy
• fourth floor -56 , 314 , -140 Copy
• Golden Scarab:
• In the second room of the first floor of Poet's Palace (near 24.23, 145.75, -113.81 Copy )
• or sometimes next to pillows before the first mirror ( -73.42, 146.15, -76.84 Copy )
• Also found around -48.48, 144.55, -86.63 Copy and -57.14, 314.33, -140.80 Copy .

The scarabs are ground spawn. The locs given are just rough approximations as they spawn randomly near these locations. You can only see them if you are on the quest.

Once you have all four you must inspect the music box. It then gives you the option of which one to put in, in what order. You will get a different reward based on the order. Known orders are:
