The Arena of Zek  

Talk to Tychus Zeksworn (he is directly out from the citadel) he gives you the quest, after getting the quest you then tell him your ready and you zone into a Special instance in the Citadel that is just the arena. You walk into the arena and ring the gong. You kill the mob fairly easy, rest up and bang gong again. Kill another solo mob and rest up and bang gong again, and then rest and bang gong yet again, and then repeat once again, and repeat again for the sixth time, then on the seventh time you need to defeat the Champion of War. All of the mobs were fairly easy low hps and tailor to your level. Zone back out to the wastes and speak to Tychus Zeksworn for your reward. Which is a gong you place in your house and can examine and it gives you a 10.8% attack speed bonus at lvl 70 for one hour.
