That Slippery Toad  

Graktak lost his sword when attacked by the Dreadnaughts in his sleep. Apparently they threw it in the water by the docks, where a froglok took off with it. Graktak needs you to find the froglok and retrieve his sword. Graktak mentioned he should be in the north east area of Big Bend. He hangs out in a room by the dark skin elf relic.I was able to find and squish the froglok just as Graktak asked. Graktak was very happy when I returned his sword, but seemed more excited that he may get to eat more frog meat.
