This quest is given by Gretchen after you complete the Feeling of the Fauna quest.

Gretchen fears a war that's brewing between the lizardmen and the Rallosian agents in the swamp. So concerned, she wants you to start killing them to find out what they're doing. This quest is straightforward: Kill lizardmen. Any lizardmen. Get an update, and return. Took me around 20 mobs. Your mileage may vary.
