The Cackling Cadavers are found just pass the barriers on the right hand side of the road after crossing the bridge from the commonlands into Nektulos Forest. -319.67,-.04,79.48
Needed to kill 20 to get the eight required items.

This quest now says "I need to destroy cackling cadavers until I find eight pieces of jewelry."

You do not have to kill * dragoon Patrolmen more like 180..... u have to get them to drop the jewlery item he wants you to collect 8 Jewelery items and i have found them to be a rare drop. Killed 145 so far and I have 5 pieces.

This quest seems bugged or maby a level limit but they usually dont give you choices if you are not of the required level. After completeing 2nd part of the quest I was givin a choice to continue . But all choices just shut down the conversation.
