The loc is wrong supposed to be 342 -32 -783 pretty much all the way Northwest on the map you have to swim to a lil island just a lil ways off the mainland

He asks you to get rid of all the mementos of his lost love. The quest auto-updates when you visit Lonely Isle ( 342, -32, -783 ) .

After that, return to him for your reward.
