Keeper Gresrik has said that the froglok prisoners often do not go to Riliss very willingly, and in these instances it is generally easier to subdue them with a sleeping elixir. To make the elixir, I need petals from a flower that grows within the Swamp of No Hope, called the swamp aconite. Also, I must gather poison glands from Nathsarian frog-biters that lurk near the Rilissian Pens.
