I had the shatter skull, and at one point I deleted it thinking you didn't need the item since the quest was already started. As a note to new players. [Any item that starts a quest shoudn't be deleted till you complete it, or you know for a fact itd no longer needed]
Now can someone verify who drops the shattering skull, and if you already have the quest in your log, do you have to delete it to get the drops to start again? (I have several steps of this completed and I'd had to delete and start over, but If i have to I will)

This quest is initiated by examining the item a shattered skull. This item drops on monsters in the Nektulos Forest.
The first order of business is to take the skull to the Funeral Pyre in the Nektulos Forest at -967.02,14.09,-738.80 . After doing this you must examine the skull again.
You must then kill skeletons in the Nektulos Forest until you can find a set of teeth that matches the skull. This is a rare auto-update step. After you find the teeth you should examine the skull again.
The final step of the quest is to kill a Dragoon sentry in the Nektulos Forest to complete the quest.
