Quest is broken. Clicked on the rock and text said, "You slam the hand of Zek into the massive stone." but nothing else happens. No update, nothing.

The actual name of the plate helm is Tae Ew Mystic Scale Helm.

This is the final quest from Malkin X'Daval in the Feerrott. It is given after you complete the Hand of War quest.

Malkin X'Davai tells you to show the hand to Cvaka, he is right there at the camp. After you show him the hand he tells you to destroy it at the mystical stone near the Fallen temple of Cazic Thule.

His idea of near is miles. The location of the rock is at -709.6, -3.15, 827.03 at a lizardman camp. Simple walk up and right click the stone and select destroy hand of war.

Now travel back to Cvaka and hail him for your reward. The reward is the Tae Ew Mystic (armor type) Helm.

Cvaka says the Hand of Zek is drained of nearly all of its power. It may still prove dangerous if someone were able to imbue it with power. She has asked that I destroy the hand at a mystical stone near the Fallen Temple of Cazic Thule.

Stage 1

I need to find a mystical stone near the Fallen Temple of Cazic Thule and use it to destroy the Hand of Zek.

Start:	I must find the mystical stone and use it to destroy the Hand of Zek.
Complete:	I have destroyed the Hand of Zek.

I have destroyed the Hand of Zek, I should report back to Cvaka to inform her that the task has been completed.

Stage 2

I should return to Cvaka and let her know that I have destroyed the hand of Zek.

Start:	I need to return to Cvaka and give her the remains of the Hand of Zek.
Complete:	Cvaka has taken the hand of Zek and will see that it is properly disposed of.

Cvaka is pleased with my assistance and will see that the remains of the Hand of Zek are disposed of.

I stopped a war between the Rallosians and the lizardmen and destroyed an ancient and dangerous artifact called the Hand of Zek.
