Craft six Frostfell dinner tables for Gutt Frostfoot. The recipe is in the Frostfell Lair Decoration scroll you received. Craft them at the Woodworking Table with sculpting skills. You will need:

12 Frostfell Timber, from the pile of timber near the door
36 Elven Magic (purchase from the vendor, you'll be reimbursed)

Turn them in to Gutt.
