Apparently, pieces of the shattered spires are still scattered across the lands, and in order to repair their damage, these pieces must be collected. I should be able to find the shards within any of the zones that contains one of the Ulteran Spires.

Steps

• I must locate shattered pieces of the broken Ulteran Spires. They should be found anywhere I might find one of the spires themselves. -
• What you are looking for is a Ulteran Spire Shard. It has white sparkles rising up from it, and the appearance of broken rubble. So far, we have found them scattered a good ways across zones with broken spires. They have a 60 second respawn rate.
• I must return the shards I found to one of the Quellithulian Spire Surveyors near an incomplete spire.
