Rare Rocks Lost  

Fribden is located in an underwater cave found through a small pool of water in the blightfang area. The shards can not only be found on any miner or excavator, they're fairly common - I got all but one shard off of my first kill, and the last shard 2 kills later.
The rewards may have changed, however - I was offered the following items:
black shard bracelet (+3sta, +2str, +7health, +8power), mitigation 21 at 20, recommended level 20, required magic affinity 70, mastery 100, left wrist, right wrist)
crystalline rock shard earrings (+1 int, +2sta, +2wis, +8health, +7power), mitigation 21 at 20, recommended level 20, required magic affinity 70, mastery 100, ears)
green rok shard necklace (+3int, +1sta, +1str, +40vscold, +30vspoison), mitigation 21 at 20, recommended level 20, required magic affinity 70, mastery 100, neck)
red rock shard ring (+2sta, +1agi, +2wis +10health, +5power), mitigation 21 at 20, recommended level 20, required magic affinity 70, mastery 100, left ring, right ring)

This quest must have changed because when I finished it, He gave me options for 4 things;earring, bracer,necklace and something else I can't quite remember, but the equipment had nice stats on it. They should turn up the reward on this because it is better than 5. Next time I'm on I'll have to take a screenshot of the bracer I got and post it.

The rock samples are no longer found in specific locations (below the bell, etc.), they are quest drops from fighting miners and excavators. We got all the crystal drops from engaging one large miner group.

Anyone have a more detailed description to where they can be found?
