I have been ordered by one of the commanders in Mok Rent to begin the final 'dismantling' of Haoaera, despite what Commander Vor'Ork told me earlier. I have refused to carry out this plan, and I expect to be the victim of some angry action as a result.

Stage 1

I need to kill the Haoaeran fishers.

Start:	I will have to kill Harruk.
Complete:	I have dealt with Harruk, and preserved the Haoaeran village... for now.

Start:	I must speak with Primary Tlecche Myli'Din.
Complete:	I have spoken with Tlecche Myli'Din, and narrowly avoided a summary execution.

I have slain the Haoaeran fishers.

I have defeated Harruk, who became enraged with me over my refusal to help massacre the remaining Haoaerans, enemies though they may be.

Speak with Harruk Ti'Gok in Mok Rent near the Griffon Tower.

Harruk Ti'Gok gives you orders to begin the final dismantling of Haoaera, despite previous orders from Commander Vor'Ork to the contrary. When you refuse to carry out the orders he will attack you.
Kill Harruk Ti'Gok.
Speak to Primary Tlecche Myli'Din.

The quest completes and he sends you to Commander Vor'ork in Gorowyn. in Gorowyn.
