You must kill 25 Sandscrawler Miners (no, not excavators) in the goblin quarry area to the north of the camp. ( 171,-103,-971 ) Then return to Sergeant Tuskin for your reward.

This is the final quest from Sergeant Tuskin. He refers you to Disciple Shula at the Ortallian Encampment for the quest Hide for a Hide when this is complete.
