Collect 12 shards from inside Miragul's Phylactery: Scion of Ice. They are found throughout the zone.

Collecting the shard updates the quest for all group members. This quest cannot be farmed, as the shards vanish once collected and do not respawn.

It might be possible to study residual magics from the Eternal Prism, if I can collect crystalline shards of magic. I should search through the Scion of Ice, and if I can collect pieces of these shards, and return them to Camp Wyndalsyd in Everfrost.

Complete:	I was able to collect the shards, and return them to Camp Wyndalsyd.

I was able to collect enough shards for study, and return them to the camp in Everfrost.
