Speak to Dockmaster Waulon on the Butcherblock Docks after completing Coin for the Captain to begin this quest.

Swim out to Glubbsunk Cove, north of where Dockmaster Waulon is.
The tome At The Hundredth Meridian: By Spizodoken Fizzburn is on the SW part of the island at 750, 52, 357 .
Click on it to get the update, then return to Dockmaster Waulon.
Dockmaster Waulon asks if you were successful in finding the tome, but after you give it to him he says that nearly half the pages are torn out and that neither you nor he will get paid unless they are recovered. Perhaps the aqua goblin finger wagglers took the pages for their own research.
He sends you to find the aqua goblin wizards and see if they have the pages on them. You must collect five pages from the aqua goblin wizards by killing them. These spawn on Glubbsunk Cove as well and the updates are uncommon.
Turn in pages to Dockmaster Waulon for your reward.

After completing this quest, you are sent off to Brulten Hiltstill at the Highland Outposts.

A ship sailing to the Butcherblock Mountains was attacked by aqua goblins. Amongst its passengers was an erudite sage who was carrying a valuable tome or at least was before the aqua goblins took it from him! Waulon has asked me to find the tome, which should be on one of the aqua goblin islands.

Stage 1

I need to look for the lost tome somewhere on the aqua goblin islands.

Start:	I need to find the stolen tome.
Complete:	I found the tome.

I have found the tome.

Stage 2

I need to bring the tome back to Dockmaster Waulon.

Start:	I need to return the tome to Dockmaster Waulon.
Complete:	I have returned the tome to Dockmaster Waulon.

I returned the tome to Dockmaster Waulon. Alas, it was missing several pages!

Stage 3

I need to look for the missing pages on the bodies of the aqua goblin wizards.

Start:	I need to look for the missing pages on the bodies of several aqua goblin wizards.
Complete:	I found all the missing pages!

I have recovered all the pages off the aqua goblin wizards.

Stage 4

I need to return the recovered pages to Dockmaster Waulon.

Start:	I need to return the recovered pages to Dockmaster Waulon.
Complete:	I have returned the recovered pages to Dockmaster Waulon.

I've returned the pages to Dockmaster Waulon.

After first finding the tome and then recovering the missing pages from the clutches of several aqua goblin wizards, I have returned it to Dockmaster Waulon. As per our agreement, I was paid handsomely for my efforts.

The goblins are not linked as one encounter, but they ARE social. Equivalent of a full heroic encounter fighting 5 even con goblins at once. If you approach the camp from the south side you can snag the book without aggro.

If standing on the docks, it is the island right in front of you. Swim to the left side of the island and go into the cove. on the right side there is a wall walk way you can fallow it to the right, leading right off the little beach. When you have walked around the island until you are level with the docks on the main land, walk up the hill and the tome is by the make shift camp site 750, 51.6, 357.
