Great information. I just wanted to add what I found. I'm a 56 warden and used invis totems to get around. A few saw through invis around the archways so be prepared to fight..duo 54/55 one down arrow mobs. I solo'd them np and I'm not uber.

You want to go to the EAST tower where Kedar the Curator is. mudeef the thief scrolls were at: neg 277, 146, neg 48 inside kedar the curator’s room..the scrolls are directly opposite the entrance of the room from the courtyard. KOS guards prior to that room. Go up (not down) one level and at loc neg 248, 185, neg 42 you should see a flat scroll on the floor to pick up, that is the vizier one.
