Tricky this one. :) This is the last step in a Great Divide questline, so actually takes you over to Eastern Wastes. Take the griffin to Eastern Wastes (or the Spire, if you can do that.) Head Southwest to around -691.48, -264.53, 2586.69. I was flying and got the update. Had to land to send the falcon.

Zam is way off on that one and I only figured it out when I scrolled out on my map and saw a quest feather in Eastern Wastes (where I had not been before).

I have tried to do this quest a lot of times, Have not been able to get the update on the "spy on the Ry'Gorr fortress" step yet, indeed have not managed to complete in a long period, ie years on many alts. Another 30 mins spent today walking and flying around with no success. I reckon this quest has been busted for a long time. If you disagree please post the correct waypojnt.

Ralo Bravehelm has asked me to scout out the Ry'Gorr Fortress in the Eastern Wastes. Once I have evaluated whether or not the Ry'Gorr are amassing an army to battle against Thurgadin I have been told to send Ralo's messenger falcon, Cutlass back to him with my report.

Stage 1

I need to travel to the Ry'Gorr Fotress in the Eastern Wastes and observe what the orcs there are up to. Once I write up my report, I need to attach it to Ralo's falcon, Cutlass and let the bird fly free.

Start:	Spy on Ry'Gorr Fortress
Complete:	The Ry'Gorr forces do not appear to be amassing into marching army

Start:	Send the report away using Cutlass
Complete:	I dispatched Cutlass with my report

I after completing my surveillence on the Ry'Gorr Fortress, I wrote up a report and sent it back to Ralo Bravehelm using his messenger falcon, Cutlass.

Speak to Ralo Bravehelm at -233,-289,405 at the Forward Base Camp within Great Divide to begin this quest.

Spy on the Ry'Gorr Keep in Eastern Wastes. This step will update around -636,-345,257.9 .
Use Cutlass the Falcon to send the report. The quest will complete after doing this.
