This is a Guide Quest. On Live servers it can only be given out by a Volunteer Guide. On Test there are no guides so NPCs exist there to give out the quests. Information regarding Starting Zone and Mob are from Test.

You have a six hour timer to complete this quest.

Collect 10 "special presents" in a zone around the area that Aimee is found in (see below).

Good aligned cities - red boxes with stars on them
Evil aligned cities - black boxes with yellow bows

Give the presents to Aimee. This will auto-complete the quest.

Qeynos Harbor: 858, -25, -51 (behind some tents between the docks and Clock of Ak'anon)
West Freeport: 257, -4, -93
Kelethin: 238, 112, 399
Gorowyn: 2585, 6, 1203
Neriak: -85, 11, 278 (behind the Magic Closet)
New Halas: -64,148,-7 (just south of the Magic Closet)

I believe that it was said that Freeport should be getting Volunteer Guides now, so it's possible that all of the NPC guide quest givers went away. I don't see any postings for your server yet but keep an eye on the Guide Events forum just in case! http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/forums/show.m?forum_id=2799

Anyone see this npc on freeport? It was here last year, and cannot find this year on toons that did not do it yet. Really wanted this one, wondering what they are doing with it, or if its just gone.

The Gigglegibber Goblin in the Frostfell outfit has asked me to find the presents he lost, and deliver them to Aimee the melancholy ratonga, who has lost the spirit of Frostfell.

Stage 1

I can find special presents in the area where I met the goblin.

Start:	I must collect ten special Frostfell presents to cheer up Aimee, the melancholy ratonga
Complete:	I collected ten special Frostfell presents to cheer up Aimee, the melancholy ratonga

I found enough special presents to cheer up even the most melancholy of ratongas.

Stage 2

I want to cheer up Aimee, the melancholy ratonga.

Start:	I will deliver these special Frostfell presents to Aimee to cheer her up.
Complete:	I cheered up Aimee the melancholy ratonga with some special Frostfell presents.

I cheered up Aimee, the melancholy ratonga.

I helped raise the spirits of the sad ratonga, by reminding her of the joys of Frostfell and friendship.
