Aidia Mispah has asked that I look into the current position of the Icy Fingers. She says that the Duality spoke of it being in a different area of the region, and has asked that I check with the othmir to see if they might have information for us.

I need to speak with one of the othmir who might know more about the current position of the Icy Fingers.

I managed to recover the missing scrolls, and return them to Loppa.

I found that the island on which the Tower of Frozen Shadows rests once was connected to the southern half of the continent by a great dragon bone bridge. Through a cataclysmic event, it broke free and floated to the north, where it now rests.

Speak to Aidia Mispah at -1378, -533, -2272 near Fina's Retreat in the Great Divide to begin this quest.

Speak with Loppa at -1569,-536,-2407 near the docks in Fina's Retreat.
Collect 4 red jars from the Abandoned Snowfang Camp. Note that you can collect the same red jar four times if you want:

-1440,-524,-2603
-1464,-525,-2559

Return to Aidia Mispah to complete the quest.
