Tundis N'oxyle has sent me to find a colleague of his, a fellow researcher looking into the state of the dark elven city of Neriak. He's told me the last known whereabouts of this Teir'Dal was the ancient spires in the Nektulos Forest.
I found Jhos T'sein and delivered the book that Tundis N'oxyle bid me to.Jhos T'sein has explained that the translation process could take up to several weeks, and that he will take the book back to Tundis. I also get the feeling he doesn't fully trust me...

We have enough info here now to post this as it's own quest. I need to know the name of the quest though, so I can do so.

OK - long post but here goes...
These ghosts do spawn - in the ring with the constructs - right behind the stone slab.
Their names are Priest of Dymetra (troll ghost) and Priest of Byzola (ogre ghost). They are level 22 (unsure of arrows) and spawn with a group of 4 constructs, also level 22. The jornal is a quest update, not a drop so the quest can be finished regardless of level.
The hard part is their spawn time. I camped the bastages for 5 hours. They do not drop the update every encounter. I got the first spawn shortly after i started camping, then they did not come back up (cleared constructs as they popped) for approx. 3 hrs. The constructs spawn is approx. 10 minutes. Unfortuneatley i got my update on the 2nd spawn but the servers went down for AM maintenence in the middle of the encounter so lost the update. Had to respawn them after servers came up - took approx. 1 1/2 hours. I believe they are on a set timer of 3 hours - the placeholders need to be taken out and they should spawn. Additionally the spawn they came in on is longer than that of regular constructs - approx. 14 min.
Reward is your choice of 4 twisted weapons as previously stated:
Twisted ******* Sword - 3agi, 4str, 3wis, 27health, 21power 12-36 dmg, 1.85delay
Twisted Kukri - 6agi, 3str, 14health, 18 power, 4-11 dmg, 1.25delay
Twisted Sceptre - 1int, 3agi, 2str, 3wis, 15health, 18power, 9-27 dmg, 1.7delay
Twisted Wand - 3int, 2agi, 3str, 1wis, 16health, 16 power, 9-28dmg, 1.8delay

Still yet to find what the name is of the ghost been camping the gong area for days and it dosent seem to show plz give any information u can about the mob.

Any further info on PH and exactly which room these ghosts spawn - and their names?
I've killed the group of 6-7 contructs in the fake gong room ring numerous times - past 3 nights killed 6-7 spawns of them and no ghosts ever showed...

Hmm I have yet to see any "ghosts" in this room. Are they rare spawns? Do they have PHs?
The only mobs I have seen in this room is Construsts of Malice and Zombies.

The Priestly Journal drops from the two named Ghosts that spawn in the Temple/Fake Gong area in Fallen Gate.
They don't drop it all the time, I had to kill them twice each before I got the quest update.
Note that this priestly journal quest is actually a seperate quest you get from Jhos after completing the "Journal Translation for Tundis" Quest. Can't remember the name of the second quest.

Major update on this quest. I would rate it a 10 (Amazing). I am lvl 23 and finnaly finished all aspects of this quest. After you talk to Jhos T'Sein for the first time you get minor exp and coin. Talk to him again and he will give you a quest to find a Priestly Journel down in Fallen Gate. This drops (i think) off of the named ghosts by the fake gong. I forget the exact quest text (cant look it up im at work). Anyways once you recieve this peice go back and talk with Jhos. He will then have you take the translated journal back to Tundis for 4silver reward and your choice of a Twisted (Weapon) The choice is between a 2 hand sword Dual wield sword. Mace or Wand. The stats are increadible and I (at lvl 23 cannot use yet) 120 Great sword ability required which I should get at lvl 24 or 25. The item maxes out at lvl 30. I recieved roughly 1 yellow for the quest as well.

Been wandering around trying to find this guy via thoes coordinates listed. No luck.

Tundis now needs the journal translated. He refers you to a man named Jhos T'Sein in the Nektulos Forest. Jhos paths around somewhat, but his general area is -351, 2, -637 . Jhos will reward you with coin and experience. There is no need to return to Tundis.
This opens up the Prayer Journal Retrieval quest.
