Find Liberalist Pale in a partially submerged log at 649, -32, 472 .

"Just on the other side of the barrier to our north there is a fallen log. Speak to Veh'ra: "The light of the moon."

Find Veh'ra the Conserving at 622, -33, 465

She gives you an envelope.

Return to Rujiarmo
Take the information to Lieutenant Dawson near the gates to Nettleville.

One of many quests gone. The NPC is standing in The Peat Bog, but does not give a quest.

Rujiarmo Oolamein has asked me to speak with a courier on his behalf. He is afraid the guards may follow him too closely if he does anything suspicious. He says the information the courier has may help the Qeynos Guard determine what is happening in the Peat Bog, but he doesn't want his source to be compromised.

Stage 1

Rujiarmo has asked that I speak with a courier on his behalf.

Start:	I need to speak with Rujiarmo's contact. I can find them in the northwestern end of the area between the paths to Nettleville and Starcrest Commune.
Complete:	I have spoken with Rujiarmo's contact.

Start:	I need to speak with Liberalist Pale. I can find him in the hollowed log partially submerged in the water south of the area between Nettleville and Starcrest Commune.
Complete:	I have spoken with Liberalist Pale.

Start:	I need to speak with Veh'ra the Conserving. I can find her just southwest of the log beside the path just outside of the gate to Nettleville.
Complete:	I have spoken with Veh'ra the Conserving.

Start:	I need to bring this information to Rujiarmo.
Complete:	I have spoken with Rujiarmo.

Start:	I need to bring this information to Lieutenant Dawson near the gates to Nettleville.
Complete:	I have spoken with Lieutenant Dawson.

I have gotten the information from the courier and brought it to Lieutenant Dawson.

I have spoken with Rujiarmo's contacts. Rujiarmo believes the information will best be handled by the Qeynos guard and so I have delivered it to Lieutenant Dawson.
