This is the third of the Permafrost statue quests. It is initiated by clicking a Frost Covered Plaque at 166.79, 3, -364.06 in Permafrost, after you have completed the Prove Your Strength and Defeat the Frostpaw Packhounds quests.

You must slay 10 Kromise Pack Tamers in Permafrost.

The reward is coin and experience, as well as opening up the Rem's Task statue quest.
