Enter Tserrina's Frozen Library, a special instance accessed by clicking on the mirror to Tower of Frozen Shadow in the Great Divide.

NOTE: There are aggressive level 93 books in this instance, but they do not see through invisibility.

Find Tserrina's leathery tome, which was found on the 2nd floor at 25,70,-115 .
Return to Drammind to complete the quest.

Now that you have your bat whistle, go ahead and summon your swarm! You may do the side-quests in any order, but only one may done done every 18 hours, like the gryphon mount quests.

It appears that Tserrina was researching vampiric flight within her tower. Drammind believes that we might be able to master the power of flight by retrieving the tome she used to help teach herself how to fly. I should search within the library of the Tower of Frozen Shadow to see if I can find the tome.

I was able to find the tome, which could very well help us learn how to fly in our bat form.

I was able to retrieve the tome from the Tower of Frozen Shadow, and found that we were able to teach ourselves to fly by bonding with bats, and learning to fly from them. I've been given a whistle to summon the bats, and must go through the process of mastering flight with them.
