This quest is initiated by speaking to Fredwen Goldsyrup after completing the Ingredients for Valetail Stout quest. He is found downstairs in the Fool's Gold at -71, -25, -8 .
You will need to find a stein someplace in Runnyeye. This can be obtained by killing the Runnyeye Brewmeister in Runnyeye at 45, -16, -177 .
After doing this return to Fredwen. He will then ask you to retrieve his tools from the back of a house in East Rivervale at -649, -3, 183
