Finding the Scroll for Midia  

This worked perfectly for me. If you waypoint the coordinates, you'll be set. I was helping someone with their armor quest and this was nearby. I went to Sprawl and then to Serpent's Sewer, hugged the right wall until I got in the big room with the crazed channel menders, there's a manhole cover to ED mid-level there. Again, hug the wall to the right and you'll come to a room with Murkwater Henchmen. Keep hugging right and you'll hit the stairs down to the lower level. As you're going down, the waypoint thing should be working by now; just follow it. Or, there's only one bedroll I saw. The scroll is TINY and in the corner. Like, it's VERY SMALL. If I didn't know to click everything near the bed, I'd have missed it completely.
