I found a letter on the body of dwarf in the Mistmoore Catacombs that states that Mayong Mistmoore may have brought some powerful objects from the Plane of Hate to his castle. I should seek out a member of the League of Freethinkers with the initials A.W. and see if I can get more information on this. Perhaps the village of Somborn would be a good place to start.

Once that is done, head to Somborn Village in the Loping Plains.

Look for Aron Wellingswraith at -319, 12.4, -37.6 .
Hail him to finish quest.
