This is currently bugged. You receive the language but the book above his head is not removed and the quest stays in your journal.

According to the entry, this book belonged to an Iksar child by the name of Sethis Kai. There are a few words and some pictures drawn inside the cover. One of the things I can make out leads me to believe he was in the Fens of Nathsar at the time he lost it. I suppose I should try to seek him out and explain I found the book and its pages everywhere.

Start:	I should look for Sethis Kai in The Fens of Nathsar.
Complete:	I found Sethis Kai, he taught me the basics of Sathirian.

Speak to Sethis Kai, an adolescent Iksar on the south end of Sathir's Span in Fens of Nathsar.
