Complete:	I have slain the Ikro Kromise protectors.

I have slain the Ikro Kromise protectors in Permafrost. Now I must seek out the Horn of Phrotis

I have slain the Ikro Kromise protectors, now I must seek out the Horn of Phrotis.

Protectors can be located on the 3rd Floor.

After completing the quest, go to 140, 3, -425. Jump on the table and the huge horn is now clickable. This will give you the The Horn Sounds quest.
