I've noticed the following and will post in all Forms Comments.
Klicknik Mites drop all the Requisition forms, Farm Klicknik Mites, you'll keep getting the odd item called "A Far Seas Requistion Form" With no numbers apon it. This has all 10 Quests on this one item, keep examineing it until it asks you to learn 1 of the 10 quests, if you already know a the quest its trying to give then examine it again. and it'll switch to another random 1/10.
I did this until I had them all, its solved the bugs with the unable to examine Far Seas forms!
Note: I did it this way, try it they also drop the orginal forms with numbers on too, as wells as some nice pieces of Gear got all 10 forms in 3 hours.

This quest is initiated by examining the item Far Seas Trading Requisition ANT0235, which drops on monsters in Antonica. You must slay the following monsters in Antonica:
- 6 of A Klicnik Mite
- 6 of A Lowland Viper
- 6 of A Moat Rat
After doing this you can collect your bounty from Taskmaster Lynette at the Lighthouse in Antonica.
