This is a Daily Group Tradeskill Mission, offered by Madria Varas in the the Village of Shin.

1. Speak with the balloon conductor Urdu at the Overlook in Moors of Ykesha.
2. Fly to the Palace of the Ancient One. NOTE: If you do not take the balloon ride and try to zone in yourself, the (tradeskill) instance will not appear as an option. The balloon ride drops you right into the tradeskill instance if you have the mission in your journal.
3. Once inside the instance, complete the tradeskill instance as you would any other tradeskill instance.
• Obtain the instance quest, Building A Better Portal from Tomkin Cogsbottom
• After getting the subquest, hail Tomkin again. He has a Makeshift tinkered workstation you can use.
• Resources are obtained by using what's around you. Click dead raiders, dead mounts, trees, coal, and odd leftover bits of Void.
