All three of these mobs can be found on the beach to the NE of the docks. Lvls 20 to 25.

The Quest is fixed, you can cill the aquagoblins if you continue your search on the beach. All the way will bring you to them.

Actually the quest is not broken. There are plenty of aqua goblin grunts at the far end of the beach.

Aqua goblin runts are found at the end of the beach past the basilisks, rustfiends and turtles.

This appears to be broken for there are no aqua goblin "runts" to be found which the quest asks for..other aqua goblins killed do not update quest..

I've arrived at the Butcherblock Docks and spoken with Dockmaster Waulon. In addition to the hassle of coordinating the influx of new people and supplies into the region, he has had to deal with a host of problems brought on by the indigenous creatures in the area. Dockmaster Waulon has asked if I would assist him by culling some of the wildlife population.

Stage 1

Dockmaster Waulon has asked me to cull some of the local wildlife so they will stop interfering with the day to day business of the docks.

Start:	Rustfiends have been eating the workers' tools! I need to thin their numbers a bit.
Complete:	I have reduced the number of rustfiends near the Butcherblock Docks.

Start:	Coastal basilisks have been chasing away the local fisherman! I must reduce their numbers.
Complete:	I have reduced the number of coastal basilisks on the beach.

Start:	Aqua goblin runts have attacked many newcomers. They need to be taught a lesson!
Complete:	I have taught the aqua goblin runts a lesson they will never forget!

I successfully culled some of the local wildlife.

Stage 2

I need to let Dockmaster Waulon know I was successful at culling the list of creatures that were interferring with the dockworkers.

Start:	I need to speak with Dockmaster Waulon.
Complete:	I spoke with Dockmaster Waulon.

I spoke with Dockmaster Waulon.

I've "trimmed" back the local wildlife population as per Dockmaster Waulon's request. Hopefully he won't have as many problems to deal with now. The Dockmaster was most appreciative of my efforts.
