I must gather diamond dust from the piles that the Ry'gorr orcs have mined up in the Ry'Gorr Ruins, east of the Forward Base Camp.

Head to the Ry'Gorr mines, which can be found at -668,-383,206 in the Ry'Gorr Ruins.
Gather 5 diamond dust. These are dirt piles with gemstones poking out.
