The reward for this quest is probably the oddest I've seen, especially for a quest of this level.
As a reward I got an 8 slot backback, 2 level 10 drinks, 2 level 10 food, a knot of briarwood and a level 10 plain spear.

This quest is initiated by examining a Ship's Steering Wheel at -646.47, -38.28, -693.14 in Everfrost.
You must slay 15 Tundra Terrors in Everfrost. These spawn in the frigid plains near the steering wheel.
