This quest is given by Tarin after you complete the Local Neighbors quest. It is a tad more complicated than his last one. You have to run to the following locations:

Mardunk's Fall -247, 8, 75
Ruined Druid Rings -567, -14, 843
Tower of Vul -1006, -3, 450
Sentinel Stones -710, 2, 543
Golgoth Bridge -317, -6.4, 506
Ogre Guard Tower -578.66, 5.48, 313.39

When you arrive at each area, you need to inspect the beacon he gives you. Activate it at each area, and return to Tarin for your reward and the next quest in the line: Fauna of the Deep Jungle.
