Burynai Order  

Reminds me of another game with major faction grinds...

Anyway, the repeatable quest now gives +1000 faction each turn in. Still a pain but after killing enough burynai to complete the L&L and a few other quests, I only have 17K left till I have enough faction to complete this quest so might as well grind it out...or in this case, gather.

Getting to the necessary faction with the Bellywhumpers to complete this quest is a considerable grind. After finishing all the available faction quests except for one, I had about 5,750 faction. The remaining faction quest is repeatable, but only offers +500 faction, and nothing else. That is, there is no monetary, XP, or AA reward for the quest, just the +500 faction. The quest is a gathering quest that rotates between 2 different sets of items to be gathered. You have to either dodge or fight aggro to get to the items and there are a couple of wandering mobs that you have to watch out for. This will probably take you at least 10 minutes per repeat of the quest, and you must do it roughly 49 times (assuming you've already completed all the other faction quests.)

All in all, expect to take at least 8 hours, on the repeatable quest alone, building up the necessary faction for a reward of about 17 gold, unless there is some other advantage to faction with the Bellywhumpers. At this point, there doesn't appear to be anything else to be gained except for access to the Bellywhumper merchants.
