Doing this with a level 17 and this was green.

I accept the next quest not realizing it may have been gray and get no achievement exp.

I then accept the Blarton quest and see it is gray level 10.

I would expect quests to stay in the con range and not go down in level...

Tried for hours to 'fish' under bridge in Antonica. Next tried to kill them but can't. For some reason I can't attack them! Help!!!!

I did this quest last night on my 11 bard. It's not actual "Coldwind Fish" that you need. I killed Coldwind Barracuda over by the docks in Antonica and it worked. For those of you that wanted to know. : )

Coldwind Fish are any fish type mobs with Coldwind in the name, off the Coldwind Coastline, around loc -520, +830. I killed Coldwind Pike and Clodwind Baracuda.

reward was 4% experiance, received Coldwind Chowder and 98 copper.

Next Quest she gives is: "Killing with Kindness, One." (take stew to Aroof the drunken barbarian)

I can confirm that killing fish gives this update. I killed " a coldwind perch" to get my updates

These fish are killed not gathered. The 2 types that worled for me were the Coldwind barracuda and the Coldwind pike. The manta did NOT work

The fish for this are killed. I tried fishing from various fish resource nodes without success. I then killed a few of the fish around (barracudas, etc.) and got this quest to update.
