Speak to Thirin Veliumdelver in the Cragged Spine to begin this quest.

1. Head to the beach at 330.80, 23.37, 199.31 Copy . Use the totem, which will grant you 5 minutes of Enduring Breath.
2. Now you can breathe water, head to 49.89, -108.66, 380.89 Copy and go through the tunnel. This is your first update when you get out of the water.
3. Next, head to approx -1.82, -67.79, 160.76 Copy for the second update at the cave-in.
4. Return to Thirin Veliumdelver at Cragged Spine to complete the quest.

Note: Meet Thirin Veliumdelver at -9.69, -64.84, 222.46 Copy to begin his next quest. This is inside the underwater cave.

Note: If you need another totem while continuing the quests in this area, there is an interactable rock up at Cragged Spine where you first found Thirin. You can only see if you don't already possess a totem. Click on that rock ( 292,47,175 ) Copy to receive another totem.
