If you have the quest Sanity Check from Deputy Huckfar, you will have to complete that first. Once that is complete, you can finish A Thousand Words.

Deputy Huckfar would like to contribute a painting to Nettlebrine's museum. He has asked me to collect some items for his painting.
I found the items Deputy Huckfar needed for his painting.
I have delivered the painting.After collecting the canvas and paint for Huckfar he went to work on his masterpiece. When he finished I delivered it to Deputy Nettlebrine. His masterpiece was of Deputy Nettlebrine and himself sitting in the tall grass over looking the river of the Enchanted Lands. It was titled "Love's First Kiss."
Stage 1
Find the items Huckfar needs for his painting.| Start: | Deputy Huckfar wants me to find bear pelts to use for his canvas. |

This quest is given by Deputy Huckfar in The Enchanted Lands 43,2.6,-408 . You must complete the following tasks in the Enchanted Lands:
- Collect 10 Bear Pelts
- Collect 3 Goblin Bloods
- Collect River Water (simply walk into the river)
After receiving this return to Deputy Huckfar. He will refer you to Deputy Nettlebrine at the docks, who will give you a nice pair of pants.

Wife and I are doing this quest (or trying to). Trying to give the Masterpiece to Deputy Nettlebrine, but she just responds saying that Deputy Kiegle will be surprised to see me. Like others have done, we have ran back and forth between the Deputies (even went to see Kiegle), will not update. Wife is 32 Brawler, I'm a 33 Wiz.

Tried to turn in this quest after being sent to Nettlebrine to give her a painting. No response except Deputy Kegie will be surprized to see me! Tried going back and forth to Huckfar three times....ouch could use those plate legs.

tryed to cash in this quest, But Deputy Nettlebrine seems to have been kidnapped by the Islands natives. could find him at the docks at all :(

Nettlebrine has disappeared....I can not turn in the painting to him. Does anyone know where he is?

I've completed this quest...or should say am attempting to. I was sent back to Nettlebrine to deliver the painting and nothing is happening. No update. I'm lvel 36 Inq. Is there a level restriction? It looks as if this quest has a few bugs.

I could not start this quest until I completed "The Start of Something Big" from Deputy Nettlebrine near the docks.

ok, i don't know if this requires that you be a certain lvl before you can get this particular quest, but i'm not able to continue down this track. and believe me, i want to. i'm looking forward to getting to the part where i can get an apple recipe. anyway, i'm lvl 32 conjuror, trystenne on lavastorm.

Could it be because Huckfar does not give "Plan the Fundraiser" quest? Try hailing Nettlebrine at docks and he should offer the quest, not Huckfar.
