This quest is given by Dancer at the Claymore Monument ( -469, -1, +540 ).

Dancer will send you to speak to Sighard Sayer in Antonica ( -720, -11, +239 ). Then return to Dancer.

Dancer will then ask you to place the arrow in to a green training dummy in the Archer's Woods ( -731.87, -3.53, +629.54 ). You do this by examining it.

Then return to Dancer for a new ring. This also opens the Battle with the Timberclaws quest.

I did this quest with my druid but my ratonga rogue got squat out of her. I think it requires Qeynos alignment.

I met a ranger or outlander named Dancer. She asked me to perform a few errands for her.

Stage 1

I must run to Sayer's Outfitters in Antonica and speak to Sighard Sayer.

Start:	Speak to Sighard Sayer.
Complete:	Spoke to Sighard Sayer.

I made it to Sayer's Outfitters and spoke to Sighard.

Stage 2

I must return to Dancer near the Qeynos Hills Claymore in Antonica.

Start:	Speak to Dancer.
Complete:	Spoke to Dancer.

I returned to Dancer near the Qeynos Hills Claymore in Antonica.

Stage 3

I must place the arrow onto the training dummy with a green arrow painted on it found in Archer Woods.

Start:	Inspect the dummy.
Complete:	Inspected the dummy.

I placed the arrow onto the dummy with a green arrow painted on it found in Archer Woods.

Stage 4

I must return to Dancer near the Qeynos Hills Claymore in Antonica.

Start:	Speak to Dancer.
Complete:	Spoke to Dancer.

I returned to Dancer near the Qeynos Hills Claymore in Antonica.

I performed some errands for the outlander named Dancer. She would not mention what it was all about, but it was very curious.
