Rainscour would like me to kill two representatives of each caste of Icegill and take the token from them that they would, in a time of leadership contention, give to one of their potential leaders as a show of support. He would also like a similar token from at least one of the goblin Masters.

Stage 1

I need to kill lurkers and a Master and retrieve their tokens to create an illusion of support for Rainscour.

Start:	I need to kill three lurkers and retrieve their tokens.
Complete:	I have lurker tokens for Rainscour.

Start:	I need to retrieve a token from either Master Mistmaw, Sleetskin, Windstrike, or Stormgill.
Complete:	I have retrieved a Master's token.

Start:	I need to kill three oracles and retrieve their tokens.
Complete:	I have tokens from oracles.

Start:	I need to kill three shifters and retrieve their tokens.
Complete:	I have the tokens from three shifters.

Start:	I need to kill three anglers and retrieve their tokens.
Complete:	I have tokens from anglers.

I have killed lurkers, as well as one of the Masters, and retrieved their tokens.

Stage 2

I need to return all the tokens that I have gathered to Rainscour.

Start:	I need to speak with Rainscour.
Complete:	I have spoken with Rainscour.

I have returned all the tokens I gathered to Rainscour.

I have killed a number of icegills and retrieved their tokens for Rainscour.

Speak to Rainscour, on the shore of Icegill Lagoon at the base of The Lady's View.

Kill the following creatures in Icegill Lagoon:

3 icegill anglers
3 icegill oracles
3 icegill shifters
3 icegill lurkers
a named icegill goblin: either Master Mistmaw, Master Sleetskin, Master Windstrike, or Master Stormgill.

Spawn one of these named goblins by finding an iceflow that has four static encounters of goblins on it (four such iceflows exist). After clearing all four encounters on the same iceflow, a new encounter will spawn - which has a chance of containing one of these named mobs. The named mobs are 49^^^ Heroic.

Return to Rainscour.
