A half elf named Thavian Destrus has enlisted me to join his cause. Though he didn't tell me much, he did give me a sealed letter to deliver to a Lieutenant Cervaen. Thavian says I can find him upstairs in a building in the western end of the northern half of Beggar's Court.

Stage 1

I need to deliver Thavian's note to Lieutenant Cervaen.

Start:	I need to deliver this report to Lieutenant Cervaen in the upstairs room in the western end of the northern half of Beggar's Court.
Complete:	I have delivered the note to Lieutenant Cervaen.

I have delivered Thavian's note.

I have delivered Thavian's letter. After speaking with Lieutenant Cervaen and Delcairn Cervaen, they have offered me more work.

This is the first quest in the Freeport Half-elf series.

Thavian Destrus and enlisted you in his cause. He sends you to deliver a note to Lieutenant Cervaen.

Deliver the note Lieutenant Cervaen.

There are some rough steps leading up the side of a bulding at 58, 3, 4 , jump up them to find the Lieutenant.

Speak to Delcairn Sebastian, who is right next to the Lieutenant.
To get the next quest in the series, you must listen to the conversation between Delcairn and the Lieutenant, prompting them both to continue. When you are next addressed, answer "Yes, to the end."
