This is the entrance to the x4 raid zone, Veeshan's Peak. You can see the entrance to your right when you enter Skyfire Mountains from the Stonehoof Badlands. The entrance is guarded by Heroic Droag and Wurms.

The Achievement update is in the middle of the bridge with the two guards.
