• Greater Faydark
• Jarsath Wastes
• Kylong Plains
• Lavastorm
• Moors of Ykesha
• Nektulos Forest
• Neriak, City of Hate (evil aligned characters only)
• Qeynos Province District (good aligned characters only)
• The City of Freeport (evil aligned characters only)
• The Commonlands
• The Feerrott
• The Sinking Sands
• The Thundering Steppes
• The Village of Shin
• Timorous Deep
• Tranquil Sea
• Zek, the Orcish Wastes

Additionally, certain zones (such as The Fanged Sea) can be traveled to using a world bell if the appropriate access quest is in your quest journal.
