Spawns with M'lady Rat Queen. These guys are Heroic ^ each. She spawns with (4) of these guys. Bug: When you highlight Ayamia (Rat queen) only (3) are highlighted. When you attack her, the other one that is not highlighted attacks with her.

There are an additional three or four "a large tomb vermin" that spawn in the same room and the room you must run through that you can solo without having to worry about the Rat Queen.

Also spawns outside of Ayamia's room, all pure 14s. Just another side note =)
