The name of the Monster in question is "Ott Stompgut" Not Ott Stumpgutt. Clearing up any confusion.
He is the Target of the Qeynosian Heavy Armor Quest line, in paticular AQ6. He is a triggered spawn by Journeying through the Pass that leads to the giant fields. He is accompanied by two Bear "Pets".
