Muyassar stops giving quests when your character has top faction (50.000)with the Court of Truth.

Handing in a Court of Truth token will remedie that easily enough.

After Aquaduct Research I got a quest from Muyassar Zuhur called "Intelligence Gathering". The quest says: "I have been tasked by the Court of Truth to take information in the Tower of the Moon in Maj'Dul and have it Copied". "I need to go to the Tower of the Moon in Maj'Dul and attempt to find any useful information contained there".

I have been through the entire Tower and looked for anything that would highlight and found nothing there. I also hailed each NPC and still nothing. I don't know if this is yet another broken quest or if I somehow missed something.
