Sorry... he's higher that 40 (45?) -- blue to me at 49. But we finished the FBSS turn-ins last night for three people all within ten or fifteen minutes or less.

On the final round for the FBSS turn-in (after the four marks are obtained), Cythan can be done back-to-back for all members in a group...

- first player hails him, he'll despawn
- the fight with the 40^^^ happens
- he'll respawn for the FBSS turn-in
- second player hails him to start over

...rinse and repeat.

We saw a group trying to kill Cythan today, but he depopped before they could even kill him (he was in attackable state for only a couple second prior to despawning).

Still waiting for the NPC version to respawn, almost an hour after this event.

He's a 45+++ now and an instant pop after each kill.

Seems his spawn time is between 3 and 4 hours - camped him earlier and missed him/ had to leave group. However, a guildie was also camping said they camped 3-1/2 hours, total.
