Not sure how come there is nothing in here regarding this mob or the others that is part of this ring event. I have absolutely no idea how to get this mob to spawn, including the Clockwork Cobra, or the named which isn't even listed in the beastiary. Some non-hailable / non-attackable Clockwork Cobra spawns (not sure how) that you are able to right click to "wake it up", from which point a ring even spawns at the end of which a named spawns. Through-out this process, the Shimmering Citadel calatogue creature, Cockwork Cobra should spawn for you to collect.
I have no idea how to get the original Clockwork Cobra to spawn, and if anyone has any ideas, please post it or let me know.
